In December we came together for two special gatherings to Unravel 2023 and Find Our Words for 2024 together 🧡
The recordings are now available to purchase!
First we gathered on
the solstice*
Drawing on the Unravel Your Year workbook for inspiration, I guided us through a series of journaling prompts to reflect on 2023 and close out the year with gentleness and gratitude. We start with a grounding meditation, light candles together ✨ and there is plenty of spaciousness to check in with yourself and reflect on the year that is ending.
Next we found our words for 2024... together
One week later, in that quiet midpoint between Christmas and NYE, we gathered again to identify our guiding word, words or phrase for 2024. Using my Find Your Word course as our foundation, we worked through the core exercises, helping and inspiring each other in the chat with plenty of guidance from me ✨
HINT: I've been choosing a word for the year for 15 years and had LOTS of useful tips to share!

HOW DO THE WORKSHOPS DIFFER FROM THE FREE WORKBOOKS?
The biggest difference is you get to hang out with me, the creator of the workbooks, and check in with yourself in what tends to be a busy time of year.
Setting intentions always feels more powerful when we do it with others, so come take advantage of the energy of our gatherings (you can still feel it in the recordings!!)
Both sessions were thoughtful and meaningful and also FUN. I tend to get very lively and animated on Zoom and we had a good time! :-)
