First we'll gather on 
the solstice*

I’ll guide you through a series of journaling prompts to reflect on 2024 and close out the year with gentleness and gratitude. We’ll start with a grounding meditation, light candles together ✨ and there'll be plenty of spaciousness so we can connect and check in with each other too.

The prompts in this workshop will be different to those in the Unravel Your Year workbook, crafted with intention for our time together ✨ 

The workshop will be held on Saturday December 21st at 5pm GMT (12pm EST/ 9am PST) and will run for 90 minutes on Zoom. It WILL be recorded if you can’t attend live or prefer to watch the replay.

* Doesn't matter whether it's the winter solstice where you are or the summer solstice, it's the turning point of the year for us all.

Then we'll find our words for 2025... together

One week later, in that quiet midpoint between Christmas and NYE, we'll gather again to identify our guiding word, words or phrase for 2024. Using my Find Your Word course as our foundation, we’ll work through the exercises, helping and inspiring each other in the chat with plenty of guidance from me ✨

HINT: I've been choosing a word for the year for 16 years and have LOTS of useful tips to share! 

The gathering will be held on Sunday December 29th at 5pm GMT and will run for 90 minutes on Zoom. It will also be recorded.

HOW DO THE WORKSHOPS DIFFER FROM THE FREE WORKBOOKS?

The biggest difference is you get to hang out with me, the creator of the workbooks, and a bunch of like-minded peeps on Zoom. It’ll be a chance (and legit excuse!) to check in with yourself in what is typically a busy time of year.

Setting intentions always feels more powerful when we do it with others, so come take advantage of the energy of our gatherings!

Both sessions will be thoughtful and meaningful and also FUN. I tend to get very lively and animated on Zoom so we’re going to have a good time! :-)

Keep it simple

You're invited to come to the gatherings exactly as you are. All you need is something to write with and on — a journal, notebook or even your phone! Whatever is easiest 💗
